IM Inc. Agency is a young, dedicated and aggressive talent agency located in Little Rock, Arkansas. Colleen Carr, our founder, had a vision for the company that started during her modeling career which began in Little Rock in 1990. Her work eventually took her to Tokyo and gave her a new life full of unforgettable moments. While there, she made a commitment to help give others an opportunity like her own. As both a national and international model Colleen took notes on every aspect of the industry hoping that one day she would own her own agency. In 2003 this dream came true and Colleen was the sole owner and manager of Integrity Models. Over the years the business grew and in December 2009 Colleen decided to partner up with photo stylist and entrepreneur Cassie Francioni.
This launched Integrity Models into its next phase as Integrity Management (IM). Now as IM we have a much larger team including graphic designer and ad advisor Amy Vaughn, photography coordinator and talent assistant Stacey Stoll, web designer and manager Zachariah Reeves and IM fashion photographer Lily Darragh.
At IM our focus is simple: we enjoy marketing and promoting our team, encouraging and shaping our talent, getting them the work they deserve and keeping them on the books. We strive to create new paths each year to secure the necessary steps for professional growth.
This season we joined The Network - a group of agencies across the globe that have come together to form the largest modeling network in the world. IM is the only agency in Arkansas chosen to be a part of The Network. Paul Fisher, the Founder and CEO, has worked in the fashion industry for over 20 years. He has represented such clients as Naomi Campbell, Nicky Hilton, Stephanie Seymour, Kimora Lee Simmons, Carla Bruni, and many more. Mr. Fisher has booked over $100,000,000 worth of modeling jobs and his models have graced the covers of over 3000 fashion magazines. The Network has pulled together a dream team of the industry's most powerful agents to manage 4 boards: Direct Booking Board, Model Travel Board, Future Stars Board, and Special Bookings Board. It is an honor to be part of a powerful and protective community with such deep, well established roots. Because of The Network, modeling agencies around the world are sharing thousands of faces, discovering new talent in cities large and small, and opening up local income streams for the first time in industry history. With our new ties to the largest modeling network in the world we are not only a local agency... we are global.
